I have been thinking about plugging in data for the community on some of the 3rd party stuff that I have. I have a ton of Super Genius Games stuff, and I want to be able to use it in Hero Lab.

There is a Community file available. but it holds only a fraction of the content. How would I submit the data file to be added to that community file? While I am new to working on Pathfinder files, I am not new to Hero Lab.

We have some new stuff coming out for SGG that I have not had time to get to yet. So maybe good to double check before doubling up the work.

Feel free to start by sending the stuff to me via email. Which is my forum id at yahoo dot com. Once I have a little time and you are going to do a bunch we can get you setup in Dropbox, which is free, to the shared drive. That holds all the community stuff and the different versions, work in progress folders, and builds.

Always happy to get more editors. ;)

Figured you'd been busy since they've been sitting there a while. Is there anything that you need to help get them ready or changes that you make to them before they go into general circulation for community?

Big issue in this case that too so long was the changing of the Unique ID of hundred of Things. I had to find each one and rename it back to its original Unique ID. Otherwise we would break thousands of peoples characters and that would have gotten me some nasty emails. :(

Going forward we shouldn't have that big of an issue I think but I changing the Unique ID of old stuff always goes bad. Even worse is to change the Unique ID's used for Sources.

I actually had to have someone else I know do most of the changes and he is finally done. So today I am going to start taking what he did and merging it for v1.5. Hopefully going forward will be easier as we will both be able to use the same Unique ID's and I won't have to change them backwards to their original IDs.

@SeeleyOne I did get your email. Its on my to-do list to get you that list...

Sorry about that, I didn't even think about that. I was trying to move to a standard naming convention for the Unique ID's so that they would be easier to troubleshoot going forward. I've learned a lot since I did some of those things early on. Again, my apologies on that front.
