Stunstone - Where's this from?

I was building an NPC, and saw the Stunstone and gave him one. I then wanted to verify the rules, so checked d20pfsrd, and couldn't find a reference. I then went to my Core Rulebook, and didn't see it there either.

Is this something I ended up picking up from some other user content? Or is this part of the default HL pathfinder system? Either way, does anyone know what source book it is described in?
