When ye have (Strength Bonus) Strike powers it does not add anything ye put in it to the Unarmed Attack listing on the Special Tab.
Say ye want to simply have your guy be stronger and his unarmed attack also Penetrates, ye would raise your Strength and add on (Strength Bonus) Strike with the Penetrating feat, right? Well on the Special Tab it doesn't see that ye put Penetrating on your unarmed attack.
Same thing happens with all of the feats/extras I have tried.
 
Short answer. a) It doesn't show up under the Special tab because there's a bit of code that in the EvalScript which specifically tells it not to show up under the Special tab. b) Penetrating doesn't show up for any attacks on the Special tab. But yeah, it would be nice if it outputted on the unarmed attack.
