Storm Druid w/Arson Domain (Bug?)

I recently created a Storm Druid and noticed that Hero Lab allows the selection of many domains which are not listed as options for Storm Druids. Is this a bug? Or does some ruling also allow Storm Druids to pick Arson, Badlands, Crocodile, Panther, and Vulture domains?
