Still Getting iPad Error

While the 12.21 update seems to have fixed the PC version of HL, I still get this error on my iPad whenever I import any character:

Any thoughts? :)
 
What 3PP do you have loaded on your iPad?
(on a sidenote next time for an iPad screen shot push power and home button together, it takes a full screen shot and saves it in camera roll)
 
What do you mean by 3PP?

And I know about the screen shot, it was just faster to snap a pic since I was about to leave for work. :)
 
None. I don't even have the 'Pathfinder Pack' on there. Just straight Hero Lab and the 12.21 Update.

I do have the Pathfinder Pack on my PC versions - should I try and install it on the iPad too?

If you install an addon on your computer you must install the same addon on your iPad. Otherwise your character is trying to load stuff that does not exist. :)
