Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible
to have more than 20 Stat Sets?

Did you check the manual?

On the very last page of the Construction Kit manual (ConstKit.rtf)
are the maximum limits for Army Builder. It lists the Maximum # of
Stat Sets as 20, so the answer is No.
