Spending prestige points

I can't seem to find this anywhere, but I'd want to spend prestige points to gain a title:

Intense Student (Title, 2 PP): You gain a +2 competence bonus on checks with one skill as long as you have this title. You can take this title again once your Fame reaches 30, 40, and 55, selecting a different skill each time.

But without using the editor, I can't see an option to get these titles/abilities.

Edit: Never mind, found it after a lot of staring:

Under Other/ vanity and prestige awards.

Filtering is your friend! Entering "intense student" into the filter box would have saved you some time, probably.
