SpellEffect/SpellAction bar missing during export to Fantasy Ground

Hello,
I have created a spell by coping the "Cure light wounds" spell.
This new spell is to mimic a "potion" as spell.
When I export my hero portfolio to Fantasy Ground, the "Cure" spell has its own Healing Spell Action bar (red cross , normal situation) but its copycat "Potion" missed it (compare red circle vs green circle). Could you help me to understand why SpellEffect/SPellAction bar is missing during export to Fantasy Ground?
