Spellbooks in 2.1b

Earlier today I was attempting to create a couple of specialist Wizard characters to replace the ones from a module, but it seems that something changed in either 2.1a or 2.1b has broken the link between spellbook and the wizard class - was this intentional?
If so how do I get around it?
If not, I got the problem simply loading up the "20th Level Wizard" character that's been included in the new version.

I was also getting an error saying I had too many "secondary" picks whenever I put in a forbidden school and a similar error when I put in a specialist school. It's odd, as according to the FAQ that was one of the main bugs fixed going into v2.1, so somehow it appears to have creeped back in (or you might have another bug with the same symptoms).

I just loaded the stock 20th level wizard in v2.1b, and it worked fine.
There seem to be some errors being reported incorrectly that need to be
fixed (that are turning the Wizard tab red), but I don't think they're
affecting anything.

I'm not sure what you mean about the link being "broken" between the
wizard and his spellbook; what exactly is happening?

I'm not getting this error either. Did you replace the Wizard with your
own custom class? If so, that might be causing these problems...

When going into the spell memorization pages, the spells in the spellbook were not showing.

Thanks Colen. Yes, this was the problem. I'd copied an older version of the Wizard class to change some class skills - if I'd rememberred about that it would have been deleted when the "Adjust" tab was added.

Speaking of the "Adjust" tab - I was wanting to adjust the damage output of another hero, this one is armed with what is effectively a -5 Silver Dagger - is this currently possible, or is it planned to be added at some point?

For reference the dagger is a +5 Alchemical Silver Bane (Dragon) with the Opposite Effect Curse which imposes a -5 penalty to attack rolls, -5 to damage rolls, a further -2 to attacks vs Dragons and a further -2d6 to damage vs Dragons instead of the effects it would have without the curse.
