The following are issues with the new Space Wolves update:

The Ironwolves:
*Vehicle upgrades are not free
*Wolf Standard is an auto include in each pack of Grey Hunters

The Blackmanes:
*Drop Pods are not free
*Wolf Standard is an auto include in each pack of Grey Hunters
 
Another issue I'm seeing is:

Wulfen
*Wulfen Packleader: Ice claws are not free. Per supplement for 12 points a wulfen may be upgraded to a pack leader with ice claws

Death Wolves
*Wolf guard are not mandatory in this formation. Army builder reports an error for not meeting requirements
