I am new to Herolab online (long time Herolab Classic user) and I keep getting this error on my first Starfinder character, a ysoki mechanic.

Any idea what I have not yet gotten right here?

Also, it is adding a drone as a second character. Is that how it is supposed to be? I thought it might be more like the Pathfinder animal companion or familiar is in Herolab Classic as an attached minion.

I figured that one out by checking the box under advancement under settings.

Now I cannot figure out why on the drone it is giving me the following error:

You should accept your starting cash on the Classes tab before adding weapons, armor or gear.

There is no class tab for the drone so I cannot accept the starting cash, not that it even gets any...

Also, as soon as I select Skill Unit it puts 2 ranks under that skill and shows an error message as well.
