Sorting Navigation View by Place-Group-Individual

Hallo together,

at the moment I work on my WOD setting, after a view days of "data typing" I had over 40 N/PC's, (if I finished I think it would be 200 and more) it would be nice to sort the N/PC's with a relation to the group and the place in the navigation view.

For example:

  • Place
    [*]Group
    [*]Individual
    [*]Individual
    [*]Group
    [*]Individual
    [*]Individual
    [*]Individual
  • Place
    [*]Group
    [*]Individual
    [*]Individual

  • Atlanta
    [*]Camarilla
    [*]John Thomas
    [*]David Thomas
    [*]Sabbat
    [*]Skull Face
    [*]Hernando
    [*]Lyn
  • Denver
    [*]Anarchs
    [*]Jeff Lock
    [*]Alf^^

You can assign a Group/Place as the Containing Topic for an Individual/Group and the hierarchy in the navigation panel will show it. Just make sure you turn on "Show Containing Topic Hierarchy". It's in the navigation tab options menu (press F6 or click the hammer+wrench icon on the "World/Story Almanac" tab).

This is an image of the tree structure of the articles for my game.

"Show Containing Topic Hierarchy," is turned on, as is "Show Identifiers as Prefix When Available," and all the articles have a prefix as you can see.

This shows you what is possible.

  • Blue

  • Red

  • Black
  • Black

Instead of...

  • Place

  • Group

  • Individual
  • Individual
