So...Gamemastery Guide NPCs?

Based on a post from Rob on 3/16, it looked as though Gamemastery Guide NPCs were to be added on 3/18.

I'm not sure if I've somehow managed to overlook the obvious, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how to add/select one. I've looked in "Detailed Monster or NPC using Gamemastery Guide" and "Basic Monster or NPC". I can't find any of the GG NPCs anywhere, just monsters from the Bestiary.

Are we still awaiting that content? If not, can someone point me in the right direction?
