M&M 2nd ed. Sneak Attack Bug

I've noticed that with the last update a new feature was introduced that include Sneak Attack in the PL calculations for PCs. Unfortunatly I've to report a bugs on this: the extra damage is applied to all the effect, not just Damage based one. As far as I know Sneak Attack only apply to damage, hence i shouldn't increase the rank of mind controls etc.
