The Blood of Angels and Blood of Fiends allows for Aasimars and Tieflings to be small.

How would I implement this as a alternate racial trait?

(I tried to just to a work around with one size category smaller in the personal tab - but the gear weight was not right for a small character (so encumbered) and when I tried to add small weapons hero lab would not let me equip them (because wrong size).
