Small Dark Angels Problem in Ver 2 betaIV

I went to design a small DA Force the other night and was unable to
give the Apothecary a Reducer or a Narthecium. I checked the other
marine files and they seemed to work fine so it appears to just be a
DA issue. I checked and didn't see anyone else who had posted this so
I thought I should let the power who design know about it.

Thanks for all the fantastic work on the AB files everyone.

It's fixed in the next version, out at some point in the future. :)
