Slight problem with the Orks datafile

Hi all

So there is a slight problem with the Orks file. Apparently the author is one of the proponents of the "Shoota Boy Nobz cant get Power Klaws" camp, and you cannot equip Shoota Boy Nobs with anything.

Yes there is a negative interpretation of that It's pretty well accepted by the 40k populace that Shoota Nobz CAN get Power Klaws, so I was hoping that someone more knowledgable with army builder would fix this oversite

No fix is needed, The file currently allows the selection but WILL flag as an error. This is also printed on the output file as the ruling is not 100% concrete in the wording. The datafiles follow a STRICT interpretation of the codex rules to hopefully always provide 100% valid lists.
