Skill points from tomes

Not 100% sure if your asking about adding extra Skill Points, Free Ranks, Skill Bonuses? But either way your best place to do any of those things is on the "Adjust" tab under "Other Adjustments". You can do all sorts of custom stuff to add to skills. :)
