Skaven - Night Runners Error

In 8th edition, Night Runners no longer have the "Skirmisher" special rule, but it is listed as having it in the current edition of the build (v1.10).
 
Thanks for reporting. Fixed the issue but since there is no WHFB data file main author there is no way to get it into an update to get it to the masses via the standard route.
Way to go Wolflair!
