Why is the upgrade to a bolt pistol plus CCW cost 1 point? I thought the bolt pistol + CCW upgrade was free, but when you do it with a Veteran Sister Seraphim, it costs 1 point. Is there a reason for that, or is that an oversight?

I was just going off of the precedent for all the other units - since a lot of the squads that don't pay a points cost on Army Builder also do not have the blurb in their unit description about the upgrade being free? And where does it say that it's one point?

And once again, where does it even say that you can upgrade to a bolt pistol/CCW? It's not free because it's not an available upgrade for the unit. If she want's a CCW she has to purchase it from the Armoury at the cost listed. Also you can't use a 'precedent' form any other unit to justify something. If it's not in that unit's rules, it can not be done.

As a further note, why would you want to do that? If you stick with the 2 bolt pistols, they count as a twin-linked shot together, plus you count as having 2 ccw's... the best of both worlds.

Unless you're a seraphim, where in the rules does it say that using two bolt pistols makes them twin-linked? I think the rule that infantry can only fire one weapon takes precedence.
