Sisters of Battle Faith Points

I've created an army list with two battle sister squads (faithful, add 1 point each), a canoness (faithful, adds 2 points) and a squad of Seraphim (faithful, adds 1 point) but the tally that Army Builder is giving me is incorrect.

1+1+2+1 = 5

Army Builder = 3

Is that a glitch, am I just reading the rules wrong, or am I not checking the right feature?

A Battle sister squad needs to have a veteran sister superior before it's worth a faith point.
 
A further note, if you lose the vet for any reason, the squad no longer counts as faithful, and cannot use faith abilities. Cheers.

It only stops being Faithful at the end of that phase, so will still be fearless or have invulnerable saves etc. for the rest of that close combat and so on.
And don't forget martyrdom!
