Signature in greyed out style

Is it possible to set people's signatures so that they are greyed out to some degree?

Over in the RW forums there are quite large signatures which sometimes make a response look a lot bigger than it really is. I would like to almost hide those large signatures (they aren't relevant to me anyway, since the name of the contributor is on the left).
