Show all pin titles temporarily via hot key

Could we have a hotkey which would temporarily show all the pin titles on a map?

(In some games, just holding down the ALT will reveal labels for things on the screen until you release the key.)

To avoid too much clutter, only titles would be revealed (to help us find the relevant pin to hover over).
