Not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior. A fighter with the Shield of Swings feat enabled shows the +4 increase to AC and CMD, but not a corresponding reduction in damage to the equipped two-handed weapon. If this question has already been addressed, my apologies, a search of the forums did not turn up any hits.
