Shield and Two Weapon Fighting

When you arm your fighter with a longsword and a shield is there a way to denote in HL that you are going to use them as two weapon fighting?
 
Once again, when you guys get the effects tracked in the tactical console Herolab is going to be perfect.

Edit: As it is so close to perfection now!
