Sharing bought packages

In relation to HeroLab Online.
What are the sharing options?
From what I've been able to find. If I am a gm, with the right paid account type, I can create a campaign and share the game packages I've bought.
I don't always run games in my groups, but I have purchased pretty much everything for Pathfinder 1e. So if I am not the gm, can I share my purchased packages with others in the campaign? If yes, how?
 
You need to be the GM of the HLO campaign. There is also the add-on option released this week that lets you share everything with one other HLO subscriber of standard or patron tier.
