Shape Shift

Maybe I am being dumb...

When creating a Shapeshifter and using the "power setting" do you need to click it on or off? The PP spent changes depending if its on or off.

Once the power is active (clicked on), you can activate one or more of
the shapeshifting powers. I'm not sure what you mean by the PP spent
changing - where do you see this happening?

When you create a PC and it tells you how many power points you have spent. If you unclick the Power Setting in the Shapeshift power it adjusts the number of power points spent.

I just tried this with the Shapeshifter stock hero - when I deactivated
the "Strength of the Bear" setting, the number of power points spent
stayed the same. Is this a problem with one specific hero you have, or
do you get it when you try it with the Shapeshifter too?
