Setting Max Prep for spells

Is there a way to set the maximum number of times a spell can be prepared per day?

You can probably write an eval rule on the spell to detect if it's a prepared spell, and then use a foreach to search all of the spells of that Id that are prepared spells, and total up the number of times each is prepared.

Just make sure that the eval rule doesn't run for spell-like abilities or spells added to a magic item.
