Server Upgrades

A key server will be down for a number of hours tonight while we install some upgrades. This will impact all licensing, the ability to retrieve data file updates, and product downloads. The server will be back up as soon as the upgrades are completed.

Please do not flood support with questions asking why the server is down. We're doing upgrades that require we take the server offline during the process. Thanks for your patience.
 
The server should now be back up and running smoothly. Please let us know if you have problems after 3am Pacific time.
