Select and copy all snippets and headings in a topic?

In lieu of printing, would it be any easier to implement a way to select all the text-based info in a topic and copy it to the clipboard? I'm not talking images or attachments (stat blocks, PDFs, maps, etc), just the text-based stuff. Text snippets, headings, things like that.
 
I've thought of using Phrase Express to do this, but it really is too much work for too little reward, IMHO. Copying to the clipboard does not get around the IP-protection challenge at the heart of no printing/exporting. Before there can be printing and exporting, there must be the content market.
