One short question:

Does the communiction to the cloud/server happen via SSL?

In other words is it safe to login to Realm Works through a open WiFi Connection?
 
what version of SSL? The version of "Open SSL" with the security flaw that everyone interested in that stuff knows about and is easily captured, a patched version or a private version?
 
None of the above. We're a Windows shop, so there was never an issue with SSL for the Realm Works servers. If there had been, we also would have fixed the issue by now. There's no cause for alarm. :)
