i had just purchased HL using a computer that i do not normally use and dont plan to actually use HL on, and had requested a secondary license and filed it away so i could activate on on my secondary device when i got home. when i went to activate, i was told it couldnt be reassigned again so soon.

when you request a secondary license, is it immediately associated with the computer you are using when you issue the request? if so i didnt see that clearly stated anywhere! now i'm stuck with a license i cant use until my early reassign request is addressed and of COURSE this happens on the weekend.

is there ANY alternative here?
 
Hi. Unless you actually installed the secondary license on the first computer you mentioned, you should be able to use it on the second computer.

Can you send me an e-mail with the e-mail address you used when you purchased Hero Lab?
