Secondary Bonus Feat

Ack, I forget more stuff than I learn. lol I had started making an archetype class of a monk a longtime ago with a buddy. The new feats show up in the general feats section, but I also wanted them to show in the Secondary Bonus Feats section, the first ones we made do show up there, but any I create now do not. Even when I create them by 'New (Copy)' and change them. Any idea where you might direct the feat to show up there?
 
If your didn't pick a Feat Category (like Item Creation, Combat) then you most likely individually selected on the actual archetype.
