Sea Witch Replacement Spells

Hi,

Genned a Witch with the Sea Witch archetype over the weekend but discovered that while the 'replacement' spells that are supposed to replace the witches bonus patron spells at various levels are added the the familiar the witches patron spells from that level aren't removed.

Is this a known bug/issue?
