Scripting newbie trying to create a simple magic item

I've been using Hero Lab with Pathfinder for a couple years now, and while the ability to adjust skills and abilities is great, I've run into a roadblock.

Our GM gave my son a cape that makes his PC's speed +10' when worn/equipped. Not finding any simple way to do this through the primary controls, I wandered over to the editor...

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to add this using the editor. I went in to craft a custom magic item, but the scripting has me baffled as to what to do, as I can't find a good parallel item to copy and modify.

I see the bootstrap capability of adding +5' speed, but the conditions and such are eluding me.

Or is there an easier way?

Help, please?

I recommend watching the Intro Videos to the editor. But I would do the new copy vs the Boots of Speed instead as that will get you 99% to the scripts you need.

You could also go to the "Adjust" tab and then "Other Adjustments" and put in the "Speed" adjustment and set it to +10.

Thanks, ShadowChemosh. I actually tried the boots of speed alteration before I posted here, and it didn't work. Oh well, I'll go simple and try your other suggestion.
