How do you script a size tiny race to be able to wield small weapons without restrictions (i.e., as if here were size small)?

There is a racial powerful build ability that allows a medium Tiefling to use large weapons. I would use that as a base line and play with it. Load up a Tiefling character to see how it works, then play around with the race settings to see how they did it in the editor.

I think you will need to make the race and the abilities then bootstrap them together. I can't give a specific recommendation beyond that due to noob skills myself. :rolleyes:
