Scepter of Ages

Hi,

There is Scepter of Ages in thw D20PFSRD. I want to create a major artifact somewhat similar to that.

I cannot see any similar aspects in the Wonderous tab in the editor that I can copy.

Does anybody know how I can get the Scepter of Ages in Hero Lab or how I can create something like it, a major artifact)? I am not seeing much that i can/should go off of.

Please let me know on any thoughts/ideas on that.
