Scarlet Throne Style//Making 1-handed weapons gain benefits of 2-hands

Has anybody got any idea how I'd go about making the following feat:
Scarlet Throne Style [Style]
Your skill with a single blade allows you to strike with the same force as those much stronger than you.

Prerequisites: 1 or more Scarlet Throne stances, Sense Motive 3 ranks

Benefit: When wielding your weapon one handed with nothing in your off hand, you treat your weapon as being wielded in two hands for purposes of feats and abilities which would benefit from this change.
The two big benefits I can think of are getting +3 vs +2 from power attack and the 1.5 x strength modifier vs 1x strength modifier and I'd be pleased as punch if I could get just those two abilities to work. But I really don't know where to start on it.

So there is the tag Helper.PowTwoHand that is suppose to force a weapon used in one-hand to still be treated like a two-handed weapon for purposes of Power Attack. This is used on the Lance. But I just tested it out and it currently appears to be bugged. So you could put in a bug report about the Lance and when it gets fixed you would be half-way there.

The rest of the bonus from Strength you would have to calculate and manually apply to the weapon.

bug reported. Thanks for pointing out that the helper tag exists, I can use that to make the feat and when/if the bug is fixed then the feat will work too.
