Scaled Fist Monk not using the CHA mod to calculate some bonuses

Hi folks,

My understanding of the Scaled fist monk archetype (from the Legacy of dragons splatbook) is that any ability based on WIS now uses CHA instead. This should imho include the AC bonus you get at level 1.
Apparently, HL does not think so, and thus does not add the CHA bonus to AC. I've browsed this forum, as well as the Paizo board but could not find a definitive answer on this topic.
Am I wrong, or is there a bug in HL?

That is how I read the ability.

However... LoneWolf prefers such issues to be raised as Support Requests (which includes potential bug reports) so that they don't get missed or lost in the message board traffic.
