Save Worlds DTD file

And I have the information to pass along. For those just joining us, here's where to find it:
Go to the Help Menu, and select Savage Worlds Manual. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and there's a paragraph labeled "Custom Output DTD". The link is tucked in at the end of the sentence.
