I just purchased the game from Dragons Lair in san antonio inputed the license number and access code and am still only allowed the demo mode what can i do to get full access so i can print and save the characters I create
 
Hi. The first thing to try is to re-activate the license after you've purchased the additional data packages. You'll find this option under the License menu in Hero Lab. If this doesn't solve your issue, e-mail our support desk and they'll into it further.

If you e-mail the support desk, you'll get an automated reply initially. If you don't receive this, check your spam filter as sometimes our replies are swept up by aggressive spam filters.
