SR 5th ed. Run & Gun Optional Rule RG4 not available

I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not, and I couldn't find anything related in a quick search.

I have everything updated (HL v 6.1h and SR5 v1.11). When starting a new character, the option for RG4 is grayed out and can't be selected. I've attached an image of what I'm talking about.

Is this a known issue? Am I missing something needed to enable it? Do I need to file an actual bug report?

Rebuilding the way initiative works in Hero Lab in order to allow this big a difference from the regular method will be a lot of work, because we need a way to record a setting that applies to all loaded portfolios, and make sure that all the portfolios in a combat are using the same initiative rules, and you're the first person to ask for it in the many months since we released Run & Gun, so it's currently not high on the priority list.

(P.S. you can right-click on the settings in that list for more information about them - the text for this one says that it will be added in a future update).
 
Thanks for the response, and for letting me know about the right-clicks; oddly, I hadn't tried that. :)

So I'm not losing my mind. Awesome. Just wanted to know.
