RoTL Help-can't load encounters

I'm having trouble loading RoTL encounters. When ever I try to do so I get an error that says "Cant not be imported because you do not have access to the required package. I have insured that Hero lab, pathfinder and the ROTL packs are fully updated. The only thing I can think of is that the RoTL GM content is grayed out and I cant select it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Of you've purchased the RotRL package, the RotRL GM content would be available, and the encounter library should also be available. One thing I can think of that might be happening is that after you purchased it, you didn't have your copy of Hero Lab talk to the license server to find out about what was added to your license. You can do that by using the "Re-activate License" option from the License menu.
