Not that I know. I have had it on my to do list for awhile to create one but have not had the time yet. It's harder to remove then to add. 
I actually have an adjustment that does this. It is not perfect. You need to manually reduce hp, skill points spent, and feats chosen. Fortunately by selecting the Customize box on the Background tab this is easily done.

Thanks. I think this should really be added to my adjustment addon actually so its more available. Then we can Include it in the CB also so its their for building monsters...
