Restricting to one familiar option

I'm adding an alchemist discovery that gives the alchemist a homunculus familiar. I can't seem to figure out how to limit the list to only have that option. I managed to get everything else to work except that.

I have it so that the player can choose the homunculus but I want no other valid options.
