Restarting a campaign

Hi again!

I wondered, is it possible to reset a realm? E.g. I played a campaign with group A and want to play it again with Group B, will realm works know to "hide" all necessary information again? As I understand an import would overwrite the whole DB so I could not store that realm separately and load it when I need it again.
