Resend License Not Working

I have tried multiple times to get my license resent after a HD crash and have not had any luck. Is the mechanism broken?
 
I believe our email stuff is working fine. Please check your spam folder - the message may have been put there by an overzealous spam filter?

If it's not there, please email support@wolflair.com and they'll get you the information you need.
 
Already tried that email to cust service Monday morning. No response except for the auto responder "Message received" email and that didn't hit my spamfilter.
 
Just because one auto-response support email got through your spam filters does *not* mean the license emails got through. Please check you spam folders. If you can, configure them to *always* accept emails from lonewolfdevel.com, then try again.
