From a community pack standpoint, there is a ticket in requesting it on github.
It's currently waiting on two things:
1. A contributor that has a copy of the PDF. Two fairly active contributors have not purchased and do not plan on purchasing it, so access to materials is an issue.
2. A final decision on whether or not it's something to pursue given that we're not clear on Green Ronin's policy on entering any of their materials. There's a reason a lot of the WotC stuff is mechanics only, with no campaign specific fluff and everything is reworded. Green Ronin might have more stringent rules on what people can distribute.
That doesn't mean that LW isn't pursuing a license to put it out as an official product line like they did for the Kobold Press stuff. I can't speak for LW's direction, and haven't heard any rumors either.

I'm also not sure how up to date they are, I know Matt updated the Duck Totem and I don't think I got that finished.
