Request for Races (Possibly just help!)

As a new user of Hero Lab, as well as the DM for a 6 person gaming group, I am having some trouble trying to create races for Pathfinder. I've scanned through the manual, but am still having issues with bootstraps and scripts more than anything else.

I'm looking for help creating the Goliath race. Once I get creating down, then I'll tackle the other races once they become requested for characters in our games.

Any help would be appreciated! ( If just creating it is easier, I can pull the race up in the editor and figure it out from there...I think. :) )
 
Generally speaking, you don't need to do anything with the bootstraps. Is there a specific script you are having trouble with?
 
Maybe I should have explained it a little better...sorry about that.

I'm having trouble implementing the bonuses to skills & racial abilities like Powerful Build (for the Goliath) or Breath Weapon (for a reverse engineered Dragonborn). There's just something about the creation process that I'm not picking up on.

I can post a goliath for you if you want.
 
Not saying its perfect, but It should be ok.
I just built it, so I didnt throw in avg size and weight and age categories etc.
Powerful Build is easy because it is already in the program. :)

Installed and working fine! I'll peruse it for a while and see if I can work in the changes I want. Maybe I can learn what I need.

Yeah The only thing I changed on it, was I lowered Strength from +4 to +2 but there is no level adjustment. Changing that is easy enough though.

Just any FYI I have a Dragonborn done that I allow for my games. Its is based on THIS write up so its not exactly like the 3.5 version as its a true breading race. Though it can give you a starting point maybe.

If interested I can post it in a day or so as I will have to cut it out from my house-rules file.
 
Thanks, Chemosh. If you want to put it up, I'll be happy to use it...at least for the time being. My plan, once I figure the race creation out, is to take the new races from 4e and get them all "Pathfinderized".

Goliath file

Hi. i wanted to create a goliath so i downloaded this file, but i can't import it into hero lab. I'm on a Mac so Im not sure if that is causing the issue or not. the file is showing up as unreadable
