OK, quick brainfart question that I can't seem to find the answer to in a
quick perusal of the manuals...

are ALL option "report" fields rendered as a footnote? Or is there something
I have to do to get them rendered as footnotes?

You need to use the apnd:foot attribute.

1 = 2, for large values of 1.

Footnotes are achieved through use of the "apnd" option attribute. If you
omit the "foot" qualifier, the footnotes appear at the bottom of the unit
instead of at the bottom of the roster.

Hope this helps,
Rob
